The board has given little if any thought to the possibility of BRCM winning it's ITC case. The ITC lawyers have already ruled against Q. Even though this is only a preliminary ruling the judge usualy goes along with attorney findings. So what happens to Q's situation if they lose this ITC case??

I don't think this plunge is due just to the latest JV announcement. It's a combination of all the legal and business issues outstanding. This GSM thing in India is another serious issue for Q. If it wasn't PJ wouldn't be traveling to India.

The JV announcement in itself wasn't so significant but what i think it did was to send a signal on how far NOK is willing to go on the contract renegotiation issue. Looks like they're willing to take it to the mat. And why not since the market seems to be punishing only Q.
