Even if growth is only 3% that would still be good enough. Consumer confidence is rising and low interest rates are still working their magic. Perhaps growth will even accelerate? Also, a lower dollar should help to create more demand for US manufacturers.

Terrorism is one of those wild cards and you never know when it will be played. People do seem to be ignoring it at the minute.

Valuations do look unattractive, but that us partly because we are trough earnings. Earnings should recover nicely as the US comes out of its slump.
