This news about the North Koreans and those multi-lateral disarmament talks – especially the *verification* points – proves we’ve come quite a long way since Warren Christopher, Maddie Albright, and Saint Bill were in charge.

Now for the hard parts:

1) Ensuring compliance by Lil’ Kim and the Gang,
2) Dealing with the Iranian thug-o-cracy and their weapons program.

Lastly, if you actually believe Lil’ Kim even would have showed up at those talks much less agreed to anything if Mrs. Heinz had won the presidency last November – and had Jimmy Carter clones therefore been appointed to lead the State Department – please call me.
