Acer's makeup is far different from Dell's. over 10% of the PC sales come from Taiwan directly, they produce dram (10% of revenue), much more dependent on peripheral sales (about 25%), extremely dependent on nearly all PC product makeup through Taiwan; it is easy to see they could experience problems.
