Ho hum, no problem there. Employee shortage = double the pay and there will be enough employees because the dud businesses will close leaving plenty of employees. Not enough money for pensions = no problem, just halve the pension payment so old geezers keep working and downsize spending. No dirty barbarian gaijin needed. Which is not to say some foreigners can't be hired if they are awesome such as Tarken-san who worked for Livedoor for a couple of years. Mqurice
