Haven't noticed it. ACTI does java multi-application software for the smartcards. SLB, DRXR, GEMP, DKEY and a few private cos. do the cards. I think I read where MSFT put the ability to read the cards in their operating systems so when you attach a card reader on a device the transaction or authentication can take place. I think it will be a BIG space but I haven't figured out what to buy:)
