I guess they suddenly got religion when it comes to cheating on OPEC production limits? LOL! Yeah, the world can produce gobs of oil on demand if only the price is high enough, long enough... LOL... I'm sure that's what the average politician and voter believes because that is what our current energy policy seems to be based on. Do you really believe there is no limit to how much oil the world can produce on a daily basis regardless of price? Jim
