Yeah, that would be nice.

What interested me about this is the differing expectations we have with regard to products and service. Sometimes there are actual contracts, sometimes implied ones, sometimes a service orientation on the part of the provider, sometimes just unsatisfied expectations. It's interesting to me how they developed differently in different areas. Sometimes the differences are rational; sometimes they seem arbitrary.
