I enjoyed your thoughtful post. Thanks. Certainly they are far superior in picking stocks that me; the reason why we are subscribers.
You will agree that we see names trading at levels much below the listed price.
I wonder if you will also agree that the teachings and the experience is that new listed after up move after a significant downturn are far more likely to give the type of gains we seek than the old names. The COVID downturn was an exception, a quick oops type-V shaped- up move by the market and some old names resumed the rocket action. Yet people had ~200% type gains by riding the newer listed names.
i am rather sloppy and have not kept records; the impression I have is that after a name deeply disappoints on earnings report or other news, then stock is basically stuck or worse till the eye popping report or news. If this is true then I can reduce the number of names I follow daily or weekly.
