Derek, I guess you haven't seen as many high achievers in schools that graduate with honors from a university, and when they are faced with the real world, go crazy as I have. Good scholars maybe, but lousy at coping with the real thing. It's a rough world out there, and it takes a lot more than just good grades to make it in the real world of today.
When I mentioned knowing right, and wrong, I wasn't talking about what the country judge "thought" was right or wrong, but what is, in reality, right or wrong. Now you are saying that a Supreme Court Judge should not consider what is right or wrong, but lean in favor of federalism, which refers to a powerful federal government that calls all the shots, and the citizens have no choice in the matter, but the option of voting every 2 years for the offices that are treating them like peons. That has nothing to do with liberal or conservative, because both sides want to rule the roost with an iron hand. To hell with that!!! |
