Albert, I would like to conduct a dialog with you but you must learn the difference between mass hysteria and reality.

Intel never went after Tom, read Tom's page and let Tom tell you himself.

Intel never went after the German press. That was internet mass hysteria.

Intel initiated a law suit because AMD and Cyrix used Intel's trademarks. You may not agree that the trademark is protected but that is for the courts to decide. To claim otherwise is to be caught up in the mass hysteria.

I don't know what a "lot out fab" is so I can't comment on that.

I suspect that Intel delayed the Pentium II because their fabs are bursting at the seams and they still have no competition. Why bring out a new goose when the old one still lays golden eggs?

I believe AMD is on the verge of bankrupcy because:
1. they have been in the red for a long time now.
2. they will be in the red again this quarter, by their own admition.
3. they admitted several months ago they were technically in default
on some of their loans.
4. They canceled all development on the 29000 line because they
were out of money.

Don't know what to tell you about intel demoing a 433mhz system except to remind you that AMD demoed a 200mhz one!
You make your own comparison.
