MM... I got rid of reflux almost completely when Shootie told me about Multi-Enzyme Formula from GNC. Check out some posts about a month ago on this topic: Subject 57057 This stuff really does the job, but I still never eat anything within about 3 hours of bedtime, just to be safe. Have a safe trip.
