Besides what Clinton did was about Clinton.

I cannot imagine a more incorrect statement than this one.

Well, imagine it. You may make what you want about Clinton and Monica and the Grand Jury, but the truth is that it was all about Clinton and not about us. You seem very intent on making it personal but it isn't.

Surely, you cannot with a straight face suggest that the ton of scandals which plagued Clinton's administration did not have devastating effects on our country.

Huh? Stopped reading the Nat. Enquirer for your news......contrary to popular opinion, they are more wrong than right.

And surely, you aren't suggesting that his failed foreign policy is without consequence, are you?

I don't think you know what a successful foreign policy is...so I don't think arguing the point will gain either of us any satisfaction.

Our current dilemma with respect to Iraq is a prime example.

Wrong again..........Bush Sr. is who screwed up that one.......Clinton inherited the mess.

Instead, we now have George Bush having to repair the damage done by Clinton's incompetence (Bush is doing a damned fine job of it, I might add).

Actually, we have Bush Sr. trying to correct his past mistakes.
