I did not realize that the company prospectus had internet related developments as part of their business plan. To quote from the previous post's broker :
"Upcoming development likely to be internet-related. Aside from the steady business growth for its core operations, the company's future potential is likely to lie on the internet development as revealed in its prospectus. T S Telecom will develop broadband access network product, which allows the company to benefit from the fast growing demand in broadband internet related products. We also believe, given its expertise in the telecom field, the company is in a position to launch other internet related products to drive future growth.
Undemanding valuation compared to peers listed on the main board. We expect the upcoming listing of more large cap. companies in the GEM board will attract increasing institutional interest to invest in quality and undervalued GEM stocks like T S Telecom. Furthermore, the counter's current valuation offers deep discount compared to other system integration stocks like Vanda [757] and Automated System [771] listed on the main board. As the company's development potential in the internet field has yet to be reflected in its current share price level, we see further upside potential in the medium term. BUY "
