To me the perfect Condi moment, and the one that pretty much sums up the entire administration, is when she was arguing that the warnings about Al Qaeda didn't specifically refer to an attack in the U.S.

Then Kerrey asks her to read the title of the Aug. 6 memo, and she says "Al Qaeda determined to strike in the United States."

That little episode showed what the Bush admin is all about, and is why she will be seen by history as more or less a joke.
