I really don't know for sure about the sell programs but by watching the TICK, TRIN etc I watch for large swings. This last one that "I believe" just hit, the TICK shot from 300 to 855 in one blast. I usually work full time so I haven't invested in "the right equipment" either. Once I retire from the military, I will get all the toys so I can do this right. <ggg>
