Nobody...that's why the price is going UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The specialist on the New York Stock Exchange floor has some inventory, but it is his job to match up orders...if there are not enough sellers to match buyers, the price goes up...just like any other commodity...supply and demand ultimately dictates price.

If there were the same number of buyers as sellers (at a given price), the price would stay the same.
