OBL did not leave Afghanistan, they went to the border region. We pulled out except for small forces incapable of both enforcing security and scouring the country for terrorists. Also, if Pakistan is where the real terrorists are, what are we doing in Iraq? Pretty clear we invaded the wrong country. Also, apart from the Taliban what do terrorist cells have to do with countries anyway? Not much.
