Wanna, I don't think this is about associating "blame". This is about survival. Their culture both harbors and nurtures terrorists. The US can never control this from without. It MUST be controlled from within, by the people that live there. Only by making the pain of continued terrorism overwhelming, will the people themselves eliminate the terrorists.

For me that means nukes, and the attendant massive loss of "innocent" lives, just like in Hiroshima.
