Great Post... Things look very positive.
With this information, would you agree this is
a great time to buy? I'm guessing within the next
2-4 months, This baby will never see these lows again.
Plus if NCII lands contracts for the 2 potential
companies it could quickly be even sooner.

Not much time left to stake you claim!
