James, DITTO on your points! Also, may I add that with CF, you will be able to transfer the images to CD for posterity purposes. The digital camera world finally has arrived to where we can now start seeing some really good usage. The photo world did their homework and has worked out the technology kinks. It took Sandisk technology to make this reality possible. Where the heck was Intel all these years? I don't see anybody following Intel, no matter how big they are, just to go backwards.
