Yes, how the mighty have fallen. I saw where the VIX reached up and almost touched 30 today, 29.94, then it pulled back as we had about the quickest relief rally (not much relief, not much rally) I can recall, since I went down for a cup of joe and it happened while I was away from the computer. Bottom line: no capitulation today, but not a good day for anyone involved, imho. Kb
