Hillary's plan was to create large regional managed care groups, ie HMO's. Do you belong to an HMO like most of the rest of the country does now? The failure of Hillary's plan was the best thing politically that could have happened to her otherwise you right wingers would have been blaming every HMO problem we hear of now on her.
Consider some homework yourself.
