Lost of chatter about "bottoms" these days. I think we have to go back a test the levels "pre-bubble" set back in 1995-96 to put in a floor. Looks like a bottom could form north of Nas 1000 - maybe 1100 or 1200 would do it.That will probably take another six months -- an eternity if you are pumping cash into stocks that keep on falling apart.
