Trade Alert: Lock & Load and start selling puts...

finance.yahoo.com

SELL the April 2009 $20 PUT on GG (Gold Corp).

Premium is now $2.00 ish...

Worst case - come April if GG is under the $20 strike price
you own it for example at $19 - $2 put sale premium, for a
$17 cost basis.

Good case - come April GG is over the $20 strike price and
you get to keep the $2 premium

Best case - GG rallies strongly from here and you get to close
out the trade/buy the put back for a 2-3-4 bagger.

-- The HUI ran from 160 to 311.

-- 50% garden variety pullback = HUI 240ish support.

-- Supported by 50 DMA which is now @ HUI 238

Longterm early cycle resistance @ HUI 250 becoming
new support would be very bullish but small
penetration on pullback to 50 DMA would not be bearish.

So our target "buy/re-entry" area on this pullback is
from HUI 238-250ish.

Any significant penetration of 50 DMA would be bearish -
so set stops just below that area.

So our target "buy/re-entry" area on this pullback is
from HUI 238-250ish.

I like "selling puts" as my initial re-entry, although
I did just buy some GG common minutes ago as well.

I really like GG on this pullback.

Super strong balance sheet, good cost structure, safe and
secure North American asset base.

I thought we'd be able to "buy 'em back cheaper" the
first couple weeks in January...and now you can, so get busy.
