Yeah, but last year they expensed the Divicom deal against earnings, hardly a valid comparison. In order to attract and RETAIN talented designers in the valley, meaningful stock options are a necessity. Keep in mind that stock options do no harm in down years in that people tend to delay exercising them. One should probably consider them a cost of doing business.
