Where is Maverick now? He asked yesterday: "Why is ASND dumping? NEWS?! 36 1/2 now. A warning is imminent as most had predicted. My hat off to the mgmt. They tried hard to protect shareholders' value but still came up short. They had built a nice cushion for the fall with the announcement of NTT and to-be-announced UUnet contracts pushing the price to $38 1/2 though. W/o this cushion, it could be very ugly falling to high 20's. W/ the cushion, IMHO, the downfalll is limited to low 30's. COngrats, Mory, Bob, and the team !!! You are among the elite doing a nice job managing a crisis !"
