I agree with it- but our Constitution as interpreted by the Supreme court doesn't. So while I think it is a worthy thing to advocate- ultimately I couldn't support it as something enforced by the government(even though it would be agreeable to me personally). I could support voluntary licensed parenting, but that's about it.
