Glenn, I was so sorry to hear about your Mother. But the tribute you wrote again brought tears. ANY Mother anywhere, would be so happy knowing she had a child (and a grown child at that!) that really cared so much! My Mom died of Alzenheimers as well....it is a nasty disease, but we all know she is at peace now..... This thought is so very wonderful! She greeted every morning with the words “I’m Alive!” Every day was a new adventure for her, even though some of those days included periods of anxiety and fear. She loved fresh flowers and she had reached a point in her life where every cookie was the “best cookie I have ever eaten.”
