Re: Cooperation between U.S. and Pakistan. A close friend of mine from India believes that it will be difficult for Pakistan to assist the U.S. because of the large political influence of Muslim militants and fundamentalists. However, this view should be seen as probably on the pessimistic end of the spectrum, given the ethnic origin of the source. Still, it means that obtaining cooperation with Pakistan will not be a piece of cake. Art
