The Moose's state (also mine) just passed a bill that outlaws cell phone use in a car unless using hands free technology. Goes into effect next year.

I have a Bluetooth phone, but the sound quality of the earpiece leaves something to be desired.

At any rate, as a motorcycle rider, I'm in favor of the legislation. Don't want to be pooned at an intersection by a 17 year old bimbo chatting on her phone.
