LOL Elmer, I suppose you think that without an agreement Rambus product wouldn't be sold to Intel?
Who needed an agreement? Who wanted an agreement?
Intel can't seem to get free...and by free I don't mean Intel wouldn't still use Rambus...but the choice thereof.


By your reasoning we can only assume that Intel has no idea what it is doing and was simply duped into signing a licensing agreement and paying fees. If only they had consulted you they would have known none of this was necessary.

BTW, seeing as you know everything, just what do you think this agreement obligates Intel to do?
