Keith, In my opinion the reason MSFT is gaining Browser share is due to 2 illegal tactics: 1) the OEM squeeze,which is now a matter of public record,and is targeted by DOJ. 2)The ISP squeeze, whereby internet configuration/ISP connectivity for the novice plays right into the single source contracts which MSFT has made ubiquitous at this point,using the strong arm tactics which are now public.I know of no ISP outside of the Bells offering Navigator.The consequences to NSCP are obvious.A new PC windows disc makes obtaining NSCP's browser
a configuration exercise. Browser Competition at the point of (PC) purchase is over, without DOJ intervention.
