Sure, but all of the new products are going to non-Samsung LCD suppliers and none of them have nearly the track record of bringing cutting edge technologies to market with huge volumes in a short time frame. Samsung wasnt Apple's primary LCD supplier by accident. There is a price to be paid for moving to 2nd tier manufacturers.

I dont have a problem with Apple's legal strategy generally as long as they know when its time to call it a day. Considering the leverage of the last court win, I would hope that they would be working hard on a settlement. If they really are trying to simply annihilate Samsung (or Google), this is going to end badly.
