Jeff I see you have Eric's website bookmarked. I made breakfast for my wife & I, then sent her off to work. I turn on the computer to do some research on stocks but something led me to S/I ICBL site. There I see your post to Mary taken from Eric Turkewitz's Defamation page. I hate to say it but the old fear,trepidation, & loathing crept back into my mind. I thought I was over this case but apparently not.( Expect a law suit for resurrecting this case and ruining my morning <gg>) BTW I was in on the ASTN IPO & ended up calling the NASD compliance office when the broker "forgot" to execute my sell order:-). FYI there is a S/I thread which follows, & some ( not me ) posters profit from, companies that finance with the dreaded floorless debenture schemes (Death spiral).Much money has been lost by investors owning stock in companies desperate for financing that turn to this vehicle.
