Yes those are in Bredesens book I clearly do not only rely on this book as my field includes Alzheimers disease and Neurologic rehabilitation and I do have a degree in Food Science and nurition is a hobby ( by the way when brilliant people have a hobby close to their heart listen to them carefully as they are often better than the experts as they are not locked in place by pre-existing beliefs ) This was not likely true prior to the Internet age but I think it’s true now
