Well, there are a few large companies which trade OTCBB and pink sheets (some large foreign companies) for various reasons, which probably could go NYSE if they wanted to deal with all the paperwork.

However, these are not what is normally meant by OTCBB companies, even though they may trade on those exchanges. There are probably a few banks which fit those criteria.
