There even may be the necessity of a further private placement required for more capital in the future. I asked to be invited to participate in it if possible. This is just the cost of doing business for a company that watches every penny of their money like hawks. The ultimate return on their expenditures will more than compensate the expense." Why was the Transfer Agent reporting approximately 87,000,000 shares until LAST WEEK? Could it be a conflict of interest? They do share the same office as MRS Sciences. Or is Sam not being up front that he just issued new shares. So for those 40,000,000 shares what the H E L L did they get for it. STRAT NUT since you know so much about this Company tell us about these shares. How were they issued and what did Sam get for it. There is no Shawn, Dan, Tom, Dick, or Harry here. Keep guessing.
