Some of you may recall that I have posted a number of articles in this forum. Obviously my open letter to Hoevel was ignored and my private correspondence to Martin Albert similarly treated. I have diligently been working with an ad hoc shareholder group that is trying to save IMS for its shareholders. A number of fronts are being pursued including the possibility of litigation.

If anyone reading this post has information in the nature of direct communication (written or oral) with the insiders who have set the course that is unfolding; which will destroy our mutual investment, direct your information to:

The kind of information that is of interest is anything that would suggest: that the management lied about the critical need for financing, never intended to seek alternative financing when the secondary offering was known to have died, was engaging in self dealing, was conspiring to appropriate the company's assets for their personal benefit, or committed any crime or illegal act.
