(excerpt from email I sent to Dexter today)

...it's often stated to "build the company, and the stock will take care of itself". That is only a 1/2 truth. We have to take care of the company and the stock if we want investors that believe in us, and that feel assured to look long at Labwire as a long term investment (3 to 5 years).

If the company is successful in attracting long term share holders, it will build the equity in the market cap, and therefore send a message to other investors and companies that Labwire has a lot of options, and is a very strong company - after all, the larger the market cap, the more capital the company has to expand or to attract key personnel.

Once the cap is grown, then it will be important to never take out too much at time, but a prudent amount that will not hurt the demand. This is one of the reasons for the SEC having the 1% rule for the selling of management 144's - so as not to hurt the demand for the stock.
