Open question about Apple stores:

Does anyone here hate the mall experience as much as I do?

My feeling is they need some mall stores but they also need to balance that approach with stand alone stores.
There are standalone Apple Stores in a lot of places. The reason the stores are located where they are is that the primary requirement is a lot of foot traffic. So in Southern California, they end up mostly, though not exclusively, in malls.
