According to the GSA, the over two billion GSM users worlwide includes WCDMA networks. The GSM folks would like the world to believe that a switch to WCDMA is another GSM add. When a subscriber switches from a GSM handset to a WCDMA handset, one wonders if the GSM headcount is reduced at the time that the WCDMA headcount is added to. Perhaps others on this board have the answer.
