Sector, having no idea of your tax situation it is difficult for anyone to advise you. But for your consideration....I have grown to have confidence in the long term future of MRVC, due in no little measure to your extremely instructive posts over the last 6 months. I know that you share this positive outlook. So, perhaps you could exercise the options, thus adding to your shares with a cost basis of $5 plus your option cost. The long term capital gains tax rate, now at 20% with Congress making noises about 15% retroactive to 7/1/99 (we can all hope, can't we?) would enable you to share less of your gains with our greedy Uncle when the shares are sold. Congratulations on your astute purchase. BP
