No date specified but it spells it out on page 8 of your booklet you should have received in the mail. The outstanding shares are 57,389069 now after there would be 19,129,689. I am not confident that this type of tactic will work because the company is not making any money. That means the shares would have to trade at .30 to be worth the same amount in our portfolio. How can they justify this? I have had several penny stocks over the years and many try this but most failed of the ones that I had so I am very leary of this as you can understand. If anyone can rest my mind on this please do would be appreciated. Don
