( RICK) will report financial results for the 2014 second quarter ended March 31, 2014 on Monday, May 12, 2014, following the market close. The Company will hold a related conference call that same day at 4:30 PM Eastern Time. Afterward, investors will be able to meet management at Vivid Cabaret New York, the Company's newest adult club, in Manhattan, at 6:00 PM ET.
