My understanding is that they used up all or most of the NOL's this last quarter. This opens the door to dropping the "f". Whether they will or not is subject to debate.
It is also my understanding that while each of the last 3 quarters, the float increased, earnings remained flat (that's growth since earnings didn't go down) with the help of the NOL's. Since they won't have any increases in the float for a while, the NOL's will not affect earnings forward because the CHEM acquisition will be accretive immediately upon finalization.
So, we have a new CFO, drop of the "f", and CHEM to look forward to. Any of these should help the price. BTW, Tim L., I understand there is a buy rec by Cohig and Asoc. Is that what you referred to? There was no price target of $14, but it was a buy rec indeed. As to that MAJOR contract announcement being pushed back to the week of the 17th, are you sure you didn't mean March? :)
