Shrinking violet that I am, I'm not going to comment on your description.

But your logic is on the mark.

Here are some other (quite unlikely, of course) greedy thoughts for your consideration:

Keep it, and pocket the cash-flow.

Sell it, and take the proceeds.

Print a gazillion shares, and fry us all in hell.

Reverse-merge, and give us shares in Long&Strong.com, a money losing venture proudly listed on the Toronto exchange.

Never be heard from again.

Get registered, but make us all 144's and by the time ...........
