SGI is going to acquire ParaGraph International, a 3D internet software company. They did not mentioned how much they will pay for that. In cash? Or with additional SGI shares? I hope that this deal won't make them to do another big write-off in next earning report. The numbers in last three quaters were not good. The Street does not want to see this going on and on. biz.yahoo.com
