fujitsu transactions in the US are in US dollars. conversions are made for fujitsu itself back into yen (they suppose). GTE pays fujitsu in US dollars, fujitsu pays ORCTF in US currency. all according conversations with IR.

investors aren't currently in the mood to make money. the notion right now is that ignornance is more profitable (money market accounts) than knowledge. ORCTF will easily move back up to $20 in the next few months. when it runs, ORCTF runs quickly with little "think" time, as you've noticed.
