Thanks for posting the Friedman column. He's now two for two in the last 8 days. What have they taken out of his water? He's coming to his senses.

Along the lines of what Friedman has been proposing, here's something that really fascinated me last week. I've come to the conclusion that this is probably a pretty legitimate opportunity, should we fund such efforts:
